Hi, I’m a visual artist and motion designer, shaping stories through movement, rhythm, and visual clarity.

From title sequences and cinematic idents to brand visuals, social content, and 3D design, my work blends animation, design, and emotion to create moments that resonate.

This portfolio is a window into how I think, how I build, and how I bring ideas to life, guided by rhythm, driven by motion, and grounded in strong visual flow.

Project A119 - Title Sequence

A 1950s B‑movie–style title sequence featuring a giant robot from space, animated in a bold comic‑book aesthetic. Retro sci‑fi energy, humour, and dynamic visuals set the tone for a fun, nostalgic adventure.

Other Artworks

Alongside my motion work, I create a range of visual pieces that explore style, texture, and storytelling in different forms.

These artworks reflect my curiosity as a designer, experimenting with colour, composition, and atmosphere to push ideas beyond the screen.

Whether abstract, illustrative, or concept‑driven, each piece is part of my ongoing exploration of rhythm, motion and flow in visual design.

"Hi"

Paul Emery

Hi, I’m a visual artist and designer specialising in cinematic motion graphics. I blend technical precision with strong visual identity and clear storytelling, exploring the space where music, animation, and design meet together.

My style ranges from bright, modern minimalism to darker, alternative aesthetics, always driven by rhythm and visual flow.

When I’m not animating and designing, you’ll usually find me making things with my hands with arts, crafts and music, heading out for long walks with the dog, surf skating, gym and having fun with an active lifestyle.

I’m currently completing my Creative Media Technology degree at Leeds Beckett University while building a portfolio for Motion graphics.
